Clean shop, nice people, good service (more than just a barber cut), and a very good value. $10-$20 less than Capelli's or other salons, the only difference is the absence of dark wood paneling and absence of annoying sorority alumni.
I am a repeat customer at Fine Cuts, and I have to say this place is great. It's one of the only places downtown with prices this low, yet they still take a lot of care when cutting your hair. I am generally pretty touchy about my hair, but the care that the barbers here put into it leaves me more than satisfied.

Definitely a professional salon, + owner really knows how to take care of customers.
