I have curly shoulder length hair, blue eyes, round face, fair skin tone and dark brown hair with some natural highlights. What is the best hair color for me?

If you have fair skin and blue eyes, you should play around with some lighter hair colors! I have naturally dark brown hair, but I have gone up to even a dark blone with some reddish highlights, and my husband thought I looked amazing! Hair grows back anyway, I say play around with it.
