Shipping Costs

U.S. Shipping:
Shipping charges begin at $5.95, each additional item is an additional $1.00.

International Shipping:
International shipping rates vary upon weight, customs policies, as well as destination country.
A shipping calculator will be provided at the time the order is placed.

How to order

Once registered, all orders are placed on our website at www.Haircare-Wholesale.com. All of your personal information is protected by our Secure Server Software (SSL) which fully encrypts and protects all of your personal data (name, address, credit card number) so that it can not be read by anyone over the internet.

Shipping/Arrival Time

All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.).

Haircare.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.

Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 business hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most orders should be received within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order.

Payment/Credit

1) Credit card: We accept several major credit cards. Below is a list of the major credit cards we accpet for Wholesale orders.

  • Discover
  • Japan Credit Bureau(JCB)
2) Wire transfer: we accept wire transfers for international and/or domestic customers. A wire transfer may be set up in one of two ways.
a) A lump sum may be sent to us as a wire transfer. Upon receipt of the funds we will begin processing and shipping your orders. As these orders ship, we will deduct order totals from the current balance. It is the sole responsibility of our customer to replenish funds.

b) If you would like to remit payment for a previously submitted order via wire transfer simply send an email to [email protected] for banking information.

3) Credit: credit is extended to customers who have been doing business with us for a minimum of one year and who have good credit standing. Our initial credit terms are net 15 days.

Inventory/Datafeed

Haircare.com carries brand name haircare, shampoo, and conditioners that you can feature in your store or on your website. To facilitate this process, Haircare.com can supply you with a inventory datafeed that contains a detailed (and up to date) account of our inventory.

The datafeed includes the following information:
1)Name of the product and gender.
2)Picture and product description (if available).
3)Wholesale cost and suggested selling price.

The datafeed is in an easy to upload txt format.

Inventory is updated daily with new products added every day. Consequently, products are taken out of our inventory when they are no longer available. Therefore, to minimize the likelihood of any out of stocks, we recommend that our drop shippers update their inventory daily with our datafeed.

Returns

Returns are accepted and further information will be supplied upon registration.

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. Once your package is received and you wish to return it, please visit our website and review our return policy.

Fraudulent Orders

Haircare.com is not responsible for fraudulent orders. It is the responsibility of our customers to verify billing information before placing the order.

Taxes

It is the responsibility of the drop shipper to charge state tax for any package that is being shipped to the state to which they are based. It is also the responsibility of the drop shipper to charge NY State tax to any package of theirs that is being shipped to N.Y because Haircare.com is a NY based company.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card. It is your responsibility to contact and credit your customer.
